Gorilla Trekking
Uganda is a prime destination for gorilla tracking. It hosts mountain gorillas in two well protected national parks; Bwindi Impenetrable Forest and Mgahinga Gorilla National Park. To meet these primates, you need to plan a safari into western Uganda. There are gorilla safaris available from either Kampala or Entebbe offered by several tour operators. These trips range from purely gorilla treks to safaris that feature other adventure activities.
